How an insurance claim works with us
You can choose your own repairer. In South Africa you're generally entitled to nominate the panel shop that repairs your car — your insurer may suggest one, but the choice is usually yours.
We deal directly with your insurer. Once you nominate us, we handle the assessment and the paperwork with your insurer and manage the claim through to completion.
We keep you updated. You'll know what's happening with the repair, and we hand the car back finished.
Approved on which insurer panels? To confirm — call us with your insurer's name and we'll tell you straight whether we're on their panel.
This is a plain explanation of how motor body repair claims generally work — it isn't legal or financial advice. Check your own policy terms with your insurer.
